Felicia, general manager of our Hwy 544, Conway South Carolina location, has long been recognized for her dedication, her commitment to exceptional guest service, and the way she supports and uplifts her team. She treats her teammates like family, and that family spirit shapes every guest experience.
This year Felicia earned First Place in the twenty twenty five Best of the Best competition, rising to the top out of more than eight hundred and fifty Bojangles restaurants nationwide. Her win highlights her mastery of hospitality, digital execution, food quality, operational knowledge, and consistent excellence.
Her leadership elevates not only her restaurant but our entire Bo Flavor franchise group. Felicia represents what Bojangles calls true Southern hospitality, and we could not be more proud of her.
